Grandmother assaulted at Dearborn Chuck E. Cheese’s
A foul-mouthed man turned foul-tempered at a Detroit-area Chuck-E-Cheese’s when a grandmother at the next table asked him not to use foul language around children. The man’s violent attack landed the grandmother in the hospital in what reporters say is the third incident in a Detroit-area Chuck-E-Cheese’s in recent months, not to mention others across the nation:
It was a quiet, peaceful afternoon inside the Michigan Avenue Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Dearborn Monday, but Sunday evening a full on brawl broke out inside.
A grandmother ended up in the hospital after she says she was assaulted. What happened? She says she asked a nearby table not to use bad language in front of kids.
“She said, ‘please don’t use that language with children.’ They told her to ‘shut the f— up and turn around.” accordiing to one of the grandmother’s family members. “That’s when a man leapt at the table and started swinging. He punched her in the face and dragged her by her hair.”
The woman, who was beaten, spoke to FOX 2 by phone.
She wishes to remain anonymous. She went to the hospital with injuries. All bruised up, she says it was all at the hands of a man at a nearby table.
“It got into a confrontation where they came across at our table and a number of us were assaulted and the table flipped and I ended up underneath of that,” said the victim.
Dearborn Police reviewed the Chuck E. Cheese surveillance video for clues as to the man’s identity. He could face assault charges.

Could face assult charges????? That is absolutely rediculious!!!!! I can only imagine what I would have done if that was my mother who had been assulted. You shold be able to take your children or grandchildren to a a family place without having to listen to an uneducated idiot who does not have enough words in his vocabulary so he has to use curse words. I personally would press charges and have him punished to the laws fullest extent. How disrespectful. Who could have raised someone like that.
Was there no man present to confront this miscreant? Why should a woman have to bite the bullet like this?
Where were the staff? Was this a Racial/Hate attack? Did the attackers run away/leave? Great reporting!
The staff was right on the man. And the man went after the son who was about thirty some years old. grandma was an innocent by-stander. Still dumb reason to attack the family at a kids place.
When you are born, that is the beginning of "your" world. You know nothing of the past or history. The information you "download" into your mind must be as truthful and accurate as possible. With that said, it is obvious that too many children have little or no upbringing from the Holy Bible. All adults are role models whether they like it or not! Little children grow up to be what they were "taught" by observing adults, whether it is their parents or adults on TV or in movies!
A white woman said something to a muslim man and he jumped her.
Classy. Someone assaults another adult in a kid's place for asking that person to be civil.
I'll wager if this happened with a white attacking a black, this story would be reported differently. Typical ghetto trash mentality.
