Obama subpoenaed: three birther cases to be heard in GA
“The birthers went down to Georgia,” says the American Thinker, “lookin’ for an election to spoil….”
What’s less prominent in the broader coverage of this story is the fact that Obama must be there, too, with documentation in hand.
The mainstream media can barely bring themselves to mention it, and even more freedom-friendly sites like American Thinker are only mentioning one of the three cases, but Obama has been subpoenaed and three separate cases will be heard against him involving birther claims.
The first and second of these are much more subdued and aimed only at keeping Obama’s name off of the Georgia ballot this fall. The third however—the one most likely to be ignored by the press—has rock star status among the birther movement. The force behind it—the now legendary queen of birtherism, Orly Taitz—explains on her own blog:
Motion to quash my subpoena was denied. Barack Obama, President of the United States will have to appear in court on January 26 and comply with my subpoena and produce all the documents, that I demanded. Interesting, that two other attorneys are representing plaintiffs on similar matters: Van Irion and Mark Hatfield. They could have an opportunity to examine Obama with me, however either because I was maligned so badly or because they were scared to press the most explosive charges, these attorneys filed motions for their cases to be severed from my case. Their motions were granted.
Irion’s case will be heard first. He stated on the record, that his case will take only 10 minutes and will be limited to ascertainment if Obama is legitimate based on the precedent of Minor v Happerset. Obama will not be answering any of his questions.
Second will be a case presented by attorney Hatfield. He, also, severed his case and did not issue any subpoenas. . . .
My case will be heard third. My case will not be limited to definition of natural born based on a case Minor v Happersett [as will the others]. I will be also presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother’s passport he goes under the name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal change of name.
One site has covered the story well, if a little overtly advocate. Americanfreepress.com writes,
Without arguing the above facts, as was also the case in the many preceding cases around the country, Obama’s legal team attempted to have the action quashed with a motion to dismiss, claiming that the code section did not apply to any candidate in a “presidential preference primary.”
The Georgia court disagreed in its four-page order denying the motion, saying, “[T]his court finds that defendant is a candidate for federal office who has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party, and therefore must, under Code Section 21-2-5, meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.” . . .

There are those who will not trust another black in high office. Unfortunately Obama has or will ruin the chance of good blacks for many years. Look what happened to Cain from the left. People will look at a black person and unfortunately see Obama. Not good.
As they say one bad apple can spoil the basket . But I think most of the American people are smarter then to lump all blacks together .

I'd like to make something clear here, American Vision News should show some journalistic integrity and address the thoughtless American Thinker for their use of the pejorative term "Birther," used to marginalize conscientious Americans who demand legitimacy in the Presidency! That being said, I've done exhaustive research over the last three years as we have devolved as a nation into abject tyranny and this Barry Soetoro (his real name) is an impostor, a poser, who has created a Constitutional crisis by committing the most egregious crime in American history. He was helped by a gang of absolute thugs, including but not limited to, the Democratic party leadership and a complicit GOP! Every elected official in our government serves at the will of the people and are subservient to the people (read the Constitution), namely the tenth amendment. Barry is illegitimate based upon a whole host of issues that are glaring and being covered up by a hostile criminal government and justice department. This is treason on a monumental scale and I believe calls for the death penalty if given the light of day in court. Actions by the current occupant, such as sealing all his records by executive order as his first order of business, is tantamount to a coverup. Helping to author a piece of legislation and signing on to it, forcing McCain to disgorge all of his records and not being forced to produce same, again proves a coverup was in play. McCain's failure to require reciprocity, supports the fact that he was in on the crime and was set up as a sacrificial opponent, guaranteed to lose! A judge finally displays adherence to his oath of office and Barry's legal snake pleads presidential exception to the judge claiming the states have no right to determine who can be on a state's ballot. It's is an inconvenience for Barry to show up records in hand but not to go on multi-million dollar vacations, pretend to play endless rounds of golf, continue his absent role as a senator by default and carry that proclivity toward absence into the White House. Let me get this straight………who spoke of having the "most transparent administration in history," hmm………let me guess…….yep, Barry Soetoro aka BHO!
