American SS: a Homeland Security plan to Federalize local police and government
You may not see 
on sleeves, but a white paper presented to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence calls for something eerily similar to an American SS. The paper, drawn up by the Aspen Institute, which is co-chaired by former DHS chief Michael Chertoff, plans to transition the Department of Homeland Security into a comprehensive, nationwide intelligence-gathering unit which infuses, trains, and staffs local police and local governments throughout the U.S.
In short, under this proposal, every local government would eventually be subject to DHS requirements, control, and even presence.
Aaron Dykes at Infowars.com provides excerpts from the plans along with commentary:
“As the threat grows more localized,” the report reads, “the federal government’s need to train, and even staff, local agencies, such as major city police departments, will grow.” . . .
Fusion Centers, now spread across the nation, have already infected police agencies and local governments with a federalization takeover mentality. A Dec. 2010 Aspen Homeland Security Group report, quoting the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department, recommends that “every mayor and governor of a major city in the country should have to attend a DHS-sponsored emergency management course where various scenarios – like hurricanes, levy breaks, and explosions – are exercised.” . . .
“There are enough agencies pursuing the terrorist adversary to allow DHS to build a new analytic foundation that emphasizes data, analytic questions, and customer groups that are not the focus for other agencies,” the report states. . . .
“Analysis that helps private-sector partners better understand how to mitigate threats to infrastructure, for example, should win more resourcing than a focus on all-source analysis of general threats, such as work on assessing the perpetrators of attacks. Conversely, all-source analysis of terrorist groups and general terrorist trends should remain the domain of other intelligence agencies.” . . .
“Working with state/local/private sector partners to draw their intelligence capabilities into a national picture” is a stated aim of this redirection of Homeland Security’s core mission. Installing and training individual members of these partner groups- from local police departments to the eyes and ears it would tap in the security, transportation and infrastructure industries- would facilitate the kind of over-arching homeland security infrastructure the document aims to construct over society.
Dykes concludes,
The Department of Homeland Security was sold to public on a wave of fear in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, under the promise of keeping America safe from terrorism. Instead, the Homeland Stasi agency is solidifying its role as a secret police over the United States. Not only have local police agencies been instructed that non-violent protesters, returning veterans and supporters of third party candidates are potential domestic terrorists, but Federal Protective Service (FPS) agents- dispatched with Homeland Security oversight- have been caught arresting photographers and spying on dissenters (in this case during an Occupy Wall Street protest in Portland).
Recent Homeland Security-related documents have already revealed that the American people have been designated as an enemy under emergency plans and that the feds arecontracting and activating FEMA relocation centers for use during a crisis or catastrophe.

You would think that Michael Chertoff, being a Jew himself, would know the implications of setting up an SS-style security force within the Homeland (a/k/a the Fatherland) after what his own people suffered through in 1930s and 1940s Nazi Germany.

What many people don't see or care to study is the fact the NWO has a plain example of it in the bible. There is a thing called measure for measure, some call it Karma, but it is very much understood by the Jewish people in the examples of Jacob, Joseph in the stories in the bible. We usually attribute such blatant overstepping to the democrats but let's be honest with ourselves at least. The federal government is out of control. I think most of you are going to be very surprised at what comes about if this crap is allowed to get this bad. First, most of your local cops will refuse to play the DHS game simply because local law enforcement IS THEIR TURF! I live in a county that boasts several different law enforcement agencies. These are the various cities, towns, villages, and hamlets in the county. Then there are all the school district police. Add in the transit police, the county Sheriff, county Constables, fish and game officers, state police and highway patrol, and you can see where this is going. Every so often, there is a dispute over jurisdiction and I have even seen the state police being told to take a hike. They REALLY aren’t going to cotton to a federal component coming in.
I can't think of a more Unconstitutional usurpation of State Sovereignty or separation of powers!! The States are to be as far separated from Federal Control as possible!!
But considering that now all 3 branches act as if they all share the same powers, is anyone surprised?? A big fight is coming, that's for sure!!

They had better wake up and do something before it's too late, as it was for Nazi Germany when the SS took over. This is what Obama promised when first running for the Presidency, a civilian law-enforcement agency as big and as well armed and funded as the military, and what do you think the reason for this would be? About the only thing that can stop them would be an EMP which would wipe out the vast electronic spying apparatus they've amassed.
The recently passed NDAA provides that people including U.S. citizens, can be detained by the military without being charged if they are classified as a terrorist. How hard would it be to classify someone as a terrorist? When our federal government becomes to oppressive we are allowed, by the constitution, to reform or replace it. If that ever comes to be now, with the new law in place, it will be a lawful order to any military person to detain you for "any act against our government". Sounds like they are preparing for the eventual patriot uprising that is sure to come, sooner rather than later. The military requires it's members to take an oath to protect us from enemies, both foreign and domestic, who do you suppose gets to decide who is the U.S.' enemies?
I seem to recall the Bamster outlining a plan to have a civilian police force with the same financial backing and the same weaponry as our military. They would report directly to the Administration. Talk about scary. This could make him more powerful than Hitler.
The problem is not that the government is "losing" control…it's already lost control. These agencies are becoming totally self-sufficient and have impenetrable locks on their infrastructure. Even if the government wanted to eliminate them, it is now impossible.
