State judge rules you have no right to consume foods of your choice; now Monsanto lawyer

In a ruling last fall, Wisconsin judge Patrick Fiedler ruled against a family that produced raw milk. In his ruling, he held that the plaintiffs “operate a dairy farm,” and thus had to comply with State law in that regard.

Much more disturbingly, however, Fiedler ruled that the plaintiffs had “no fundamental right” to consume foods of their choice, or even to “own a cow” and “consume milk from their own cow.”

In a clarification to his ruling, the judge wrote that the plaintiffs (and thus people in general),

“Do not have a fundamental right to own and use a dairy cow or a dairy herd;”
“Do not have a fundamental right to consume the milk from their own cow;”
“Do not have a fundamental right to board their cow at the farm of a farmer;” and
“Do not have a fundamental right to produce and consume the foods of their choice;” and
Cannot enter into private contracts “outside the scope of the State’s police power.”

Perhaps thanks to this enforcement of the Corporate-State alliance against individual freedom, Judge Fiedler found himself a new gig:

Former judge Patrick J. Fiedler now works for Axley Brynelson, LLP, which defended Monsanto against a patent infringement case filed by Australian firm, Genetic Technologies, Ltd. (GTL) in early 2010.

GTL had sued several biotechnology firms, a medical lab and a crime lab that had used its patented methods for analyzing DNA sequences. Though a federal case, the district court which heard the matter sits in Dane County, Wisconsin, where Fiedler coincidentally served as a state judge.

Sure sounds similar to Agenda 21 where americans wouldn't be able to own their own vehicles or homes.

You know what – people, listen carefully – just because some dirtbag is sitting behind a bench in the courtroom wearing a black robe and pounding the desk with a gavel does NOT guarantee that dirtbag has one grain of sense. Most judges, if not all, are judges because they failed as an attorney in private practice – most judges are dummer than a box of hammers! Most judges don't have the sense of a billygoat! They do NOT walk on water, they ARE power hungry, and they are some of the most hateful, spiteful, scumbags walking on the planet! DO NOT TRUST THE DIRTBAG JUST BECAUSE THE WEARS THE HANDLE 'JUDGE'. He is as corrupt as any other attorney out there! How do I know? Because I work for the dirtbag attorneys.

No right to consume foods of your choice? I didn't think I could be left speechless anymore, yet here I am. The fury of the government against raw milk defies reason. This is milk! What on earth happens to it at the bottling plant that the government has such a vested interest in making sure no one gets fresh milk from the farm?

We drink raw milk and if our farmer could no longer provide it, we would most likely convert our lawn to pasture and have our own cow. Until, I suppose, they confiscate that as well.

This ruling is insane – however this ruling is what is comming from the government and courts. This is a wake up call to all. The Declaration of Indenpendence was inspired and written because of abuses like this. Is it time for a new declaration. If not now its getting close. Because we are not seeing a government of the people for the people or by the people.

This judge has set the court prescedent. Now he is the lawyer for the company that wants to control ALL of your food. And that includes whether or not you get food. If you don't make nice with them, they will deny you food and it will be illegal and punishable for you to get any yourself. Now this scum "lawyer" works for Monsanto and knows exactly where to look for the prescendent and how to use it. He is our worst enemy. In one single ruling, he just gave the government TOTAL CONTROL or our entire food source.
WE NEED TO VOTE THESE SCUM OUT OF OFFICE. EVERY SINGLE CONTROL HAPPY AGENDA 21 SCUM IN THIS COUNTRY. WE NEED TO DECLARE ALL COURT PRESCENDENTS NULL AND VOID. IT SHOULD ONLY BE THE CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS AS WRITTEN.

We have taught our children and now our grandchildren that the greatest threat to their freedom is not outside attacks by radical Muslims or any other attack such at that…but it is our own government. If a robber is breaking into your home, you can resist that robber with appropriate and deadly force. You can call upon the police to assist you and protect you. However, if jack-booted ATF, or similar goons are breaking into your home, you cannot call for the police to help you since the police will be helping the perpetrators. The government can declare the property you live in, that you and generations before have lived in, that your children and grandchildren will live in, as necessary for a "public good" and confiscate it through "imminent domain" statues and legalities. Your property would be for the "expansion of the airport" or similar such "public use." Yet even now, many governments do not have even lie, just say they need it, then give it to a developer to build high priced condominiums so the local government can reap the added tax revenues. The government can given our sovereignty away to the UN for their inspectors. Our government is our worse enemy. Wake up America before it is too late, it may be too late now.

boomer it happens all the time–as for this so called judge his verdict can be ignored as no court would up hold this decision. He clearly was bribed by monstersanto's traitor lawyers. Why any American would work to destroy his own country and people is beyond my comprehension . There is not enough money in the world for me to turn on my country.
I've worked with prison inmates and even they have more loyalty than all these wealthy pukes destroying our Constitution and that includes the nwo crowd and ginny hen spouting off in Egypt.

We don’t need a new one, we need to enact the one we already have and invoke “alter or abolish it and establish new government” Unfortunately too many people have grown up living off the system and cannot image let alone understand that we won them, not the other way around. Poll after poll indicated most urban and many college educated people believe that all rights come form the government, not the people or God, and the government owns everything and that we are just aloud to use it. Scary, but part of the reason the current government wants as many people dependent on the system. The more they are, the more they are controllable and easily manipulated, frightened, and obedient.
