Project Veritas has brilliantly busted media hypocrites on gun control. The long list of hypocrites caught in this video includes many employees of the Journal News, Star Ledger, and MSNBC’s now-infamous Touré.
The group, posing as an enthusiastic young pro-gun-control organization, meets these individuals at their homes and offers them a front-yard sign that says “This Home is Proudly GUN FREE!”
Not only did they not have a single taker among these media activists (people who want “GUN FREE ZONE” placarded across schools and many other areas in society), but the group received explanations that labeling a home a gun-free would simply invite criminals. Imagine that!
One columnist for the Star Ledger, Bob Braun, presents a great example. After noting that “I agree with you,” he feared, “Somebody might think it’s an invitation to come barging in.”
Beyond this even, several of the journalists had armed guards stationed outside their homes, and some even called the police immediately. (As a bonus, you get to watch a police officer tell a direct lie to the group, telling them it’s illegal to film him, which in fact it is not.)
Mr. Braun provided the parting hypocritical comments. He said a friend told him, “You’re a fool, because when the right wing takes over the government, we’re going to need guns!” Braun responded, “But they got the Army.” His friend encouraged the leftist: “There’s going to be a revolution there, too.”
So now you know what leftists really think about guns. It’s not about public safety. It’s about weakening and disarming those who disagree with them politically.
Here’s the Project’s note from its website. Video below.
At Project Veritas, we’re outraged by the hypocrisy of the national media when it comes to Gun Control being driven on the back of a national tragedy.
Watch our latest investigation to see just how hypocritical many members of the press really are.
The fact is that the majority of our nation’s children spend almost every day TRAPPED inside schools that are proudly emblazoned with signs reading “Gun Free Zone.”
But when Project Veritas offered that same opportunity to some of America’s most fervent advocates for gun control they REFUSED. If it’s good enough for children, why isn’t it good enough for them?
